My name is Stacy Kilcup and my husband David and I have been married for 23 years. We have four children: Luke (married to Jennie), Austin , Emma and Lauren. We love to be together and are active in the kids' sports as well as church and equestrian activities. We love to travel and visit family as well as enjoy beautiful Northwest!
I began teaching at Stepping Stones 8 years ago. Since then I have worked in the 3's, 4's and Pre-K programs. I have also been involved in teaching children through Bible Study Fellowship, as a substitute teacher in private elementary school and at my church for Sunday School. I absolutely love to work with children. I enjoy the diversity of activities and liveliness of the classroom as well as the quiet times when the children are snuggled up listening to a story.
A day in my class is filled with interesting and interactive learning that engages whole child development. We share: circle time when we focus on oral development and new concepts, whole group learning, centers learning (small groups) and individual activities with the teacher.
I love to spend time with my family!
We like to make meals together, ski, take walks and explore new places. I recently began riding horses with my girls and occasionally show them as well.
The job of teaching little ones is so precious and I am thankful to be working here at Stepping Stones!
